A Trip To The Battery

Last Wednesday night I was extremely fortunate to have to attend a business meeting in Lower Manhattan near the World Trade Center. While I was able to capture some amazing pictures of the new One World Trade the truly amazing thing I had the privilege to witness was sunset over the Hudson River.

Click to view full image The sphere photographed above appeared between the two original World Trade Center Towers. Badly damaged on 9/11/01, it was returned to the WTC grounds just a few months ago.
